Simple Returns
We are committed to your satisfaction with your garden furniture purchase. However, if you need to return an item, see the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
